Privacy Policy
When you reach out through our contact form or call our office, we collect basic information: your name, phone number, email, property address, and a description of the damage you’re dealing with. Our website also uses standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our pages, such as which pages are viewed and general location data drawn from IP address. We don’t collect payment information through the website itself.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule estimates and on-site assessments, and prepare documentation for insurance claims when a project moves forward. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We share details with an insurance carrier or adjuster only when you’ve asked us to coordinate with them on your claim. Contact information submitted through the site is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or service your project, and is deleted or archived afterward in the normal course of business.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you. Because we operate exclusively in Maryland and do not knowingly collect data from residents of the European Union, GDPR does not apply to our site, though we handle all visitor data with the same respect regardless of location. To ask a question about your data or request its removal, email drestum@restopros.co or call (240) 261-1639.
Terms of Service
RestoPros of Central Maryland provides restoration and remediation services within our defined service area in Central Maryland. Availability outside that area is at our discretion and may involve additional travel costs discussed before any work begins.
Estimates provided over the phone, by email, or during an initial walkthrough are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. They are not binding contracts. The actual scope of work, pricing, and terms of service are established in a signed work-authorization form, which governs the relationship between RestoPros of Central Maryland and the property owner once work is approved. If hidden damage is discovered once work begins, such as saturated subfloor or framing not visible during the initial inspection, we’ll discuss any necessary changes to scope and cost before proceeding.
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your signed work authorization, which may include a deposit, progress payments tied to project milestones, or payment upon completion. We accept check, major credit cards, and bank transfer. When a claim is covered by insurance, we can document the loss and work directly with your carrier, but the property owner remains responsible for any deductible, non-covered items, or balance the carrier does not pay.
We perform work in accordance with applicable Maryland contractor regulations and industry drying and remediation standards. Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed authorization and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, acts of further water intrusion or weather after our work is complete, or damage outside the agreed scope. Disputes arising from a project are handled first through direct discussion between the parties; if unresolved, they are subject to the dispute resolution terms specified in the signed work-authorization agreement.
